FREAD water-based coatings for metal door panels is made of the most advanced waterborne thermosetting acrylic resin and waterborne epoxy resin combined with amino crosslinking agent, surface active agents and special additives. Tap water or special water-based environmentally-friendly diluent is used as the diluting solvent. This product can completely replace the traditional solvent based metal paint. The product applies to various indoor and outdoor security doors, garage doors, entrance doors and steel doors, which is characterized by high blocking resistance, thermostability and film smoothness. The coating has a lower friction coefficient. The friction coefficient varies with the load, but the value falls between 0.05-0.15. It is characterized by moisture resistance, high hardness, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, gloss and color retention.
