FREAD Water-based plastic coatings products are widely used on ABS, PC, HIPS, AS, PVC, PP, nylon composite plastic products such as bus interior, digital home appliance, electric vehicle, motorcycle accessories, etc. Our products include 1K plastic primer, 1K plastic topcoat (pigment coat, clear coat) and 2K plastic topcoat (pigment coat, clear coat)).
FREAD Water-based plastic coating product can effectively lower the cost of construction compared with solvent-based coatings. This product applies to coating of complex structural components and problems of orange stripes, particles, flow hanging, etc. will not arise. There are many kinds of coating methods. Our products have the characteristics of high drying speed and good adhesiveness with low baking temperature, and the adhesion, hardness and packaging of each offline workpiece can be examined. It has excellent properties in color retention, gloss retention, UV irradiation resistance. Excellent performances of acid and alkali resistance, alcohol resistance, ketone resistance and scrubbing resistance; It is of good performances of resistance to heat and cold as well as cyclicity, its temperature can drop to -20°C within 1 hour and then remains the same for 1 hour, its temperature can rise to 60°C from -20°C within 2 hours with the humidity of 85% and remains the same temperature for 1 hour, then it would drop to the indoor temperature within 1 hour, these 15 circulations don't change obviously, and the safety and environmental protection of this product has met the vigorous requirements on odor of inner bus decoration odor standards.
